Please make sure you follow the directions or your work will not count. We are very lucky to have such a good petition with the foundation for immediate implementation and getting Idaho the medical marijuana that so many patients want and need. Let's bring Idaho into the here and now and make Idaho Politicians see that we will not be denied fair and equal access to the most healthy medicine on the planet.
Thanks for joining us in making Idaho history.
Jury nullification is a constitutional doctrine which allows juries to acquit criminal defendants who are technically guilty, but who do not deserve punishment. It occurs in a trial when a jury reaches a verdict contrary to the judge's instructions as to the law. This occurs when the defendant is clearly guilty of violating the law but the jury votes not guilty because the law is unjust.
Cannabis prohibition is violation of our basic human and civil rights, no one should go to jail for a plant. If you get to be a juror say no to unjust cannabis prosecutions.
Thank you for taking the time to help circulate the petition. There are many people in the State of Idaho who are suffering from debilitating conditions that could be alleviated with the help of Medical Cannabis. We need 50,000 valid signatures coming from 6% of at least 18 (out of 45) legislative districts in Idaho by April 30 th , 2018 to get it on the November 2018 ballot. This will put us one step closer to providing a much-needed medical choice for our great state.
Please take a moment to read through the entire instruction packet, as well as the petition. In fact, read both – several times– so you will be able to troubleshoot any questions about the petition that someone may have, and to become familiar with all the rules and regulations that need to be followed. Remember, the more informed you are......the stronger we are as a collective.
